Adsense can be a great way of making revenue though your turnkey websites. If you don't know what adsense is, adsense is googles pay per click advertising network. You've probably saw them many times when searching in google, the sponsored results on the right hand side.

Well if your offer or product is compelling enough, they'll order from you first. If they're not convinced by your site, or chose the product or service is not for them they will be leaving anyway soon enough.
So, you might as well get paid either way. Make it a win win situation.
